Our Valuation Team include;

 

Clark McLeod

 

Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management), Senior Member of Property Institute New Zealand (SPINZ), P.G Dip Business, Associate of Institute of Valuers (ANZIV), Associate of Real Estate Institute (AREINZ).

Clark commenced valuation in the Ashburton District in 1997 and specialises in Commercial property. A core part of Clark’s role includes rent reviews, arbitrations, insurance valuations and market  valuations. Clark has extensive local knowledge of the market and benefits from being actively involved in sales and leasing.

 

Laura George

 

Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management), Member of Property Institute New Zealand (MPINZ).

Laura joined the McLeod Valuation & Consulting team in 2013 and has gained valuable experience in the  industry previously working in the Property Department at the Ashburton District Council, in the banking industry and overseas experience in London with Property Management and Relocation. Laura has a wide range of experience and works across all full fields of residential, commercial and industrial valuations.

 

Tania Dalzell

 

Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management), Graduate Member of Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ).

Tania completed her property qualification after studying part-time while raising her family and running two successful businesses.  She has been investing in residential rental property for over 20 years and is an advocate for getting people onto the property ladder. Tania brings a knowledge base gained through operating freehold/going concern companies in the hospitality, tourist and accommodation sectors.
