Initially we listed with an alternative agent having had a previous history with them. During the three months listed with them we received no offers. We had purchased through Clark before and having received good service decided to list with him. Within the first week of listing with Clark we received two offers - followed shortly by a third and Clark managed to obtain the full asking price previously listed. Champion!
